Sheath Fluid Concentrate (9 bottles)

Description

Each bottle of Sheath Fluid Concentrate makes 5 liters of ready to use sheath fluid for flow cytometers, including those built by Partec (Sysmex) and by Quantum Analysis. Each box of 9 bottles makes a total of 45 liters of ready to use sheath fluid. The Sheath Fluid Concentrate should be diluted with filtered or distilled water. After dilution, the sheath fluid contains 0.05% detergent to prevent bubbles from adhering to the flow cell and 0.05% sodium azide to prevent microorganisms from growing inside the flow cytometer.
